Busy days at IPE
January 24 - 26 proved a highly encouraging three days for Marel Stork Poultry Processing at the International Poultry Exposition, Atlanta, US, with a steady stream of traffic flocking to the company’s spacious multimedia stand to experience the past, present and future of poultry processing.
With the company celebrating its 50th straight year of appearing at the Georgia show, visitors were treated to a colourful mix of photos, videos and, for the first time ever, on-demand product demonstrations streamed live from our Innovation Centres in Des Moines, Iowa, and Lenexa, Kansas.
These sessions proved particularly popular among visitors to the stand, who were able to speak with directly with company professionals on the systems, solutions and equipment of most interest to themselves and their business, and see them in action at first hand.
Among the new technology highlighted on the stand were our latest Vent Opener, dark meat deboning modules and the new-generation hooded scalder, and the company is already looking forward to meeting guests and customers once again at IPE 2013.
