Successful first Marel Meat ShowHow
There was a special kind of buzz in the Marel offices and production facility in Aarhus, Denmark, last week, as customers and company personnel from all over the world joined together to participate in the first Marel Meat ShowHow.
A wide range of new machines and process lines had been set up in the production hall, providing guests with a unique opportunity to see them running in a live setting. The demonstrations attracted a lot of interest, and led to some lively conversations on the many possibilities for efficient and innovative meat processing. The equipment and lines on show included trimming, skinning, meat harvesting, batching, marinating, freezing and portioning.
Close to 200 guests took the time to visit Aarhus for the show, and the evening’s Viking dinner provided an ideal opportunity to relax and chat with colleagues and other meat processors.
The overall response to the Meat ShowHow has been highly positive, and there have already been several requests for a repeat event next year.
