New product - Marel MS2730 salmon filleter
A proven means of producing high-quality fillets with improved yield and increased throughput, the Marel MS2730 salmon filleter can fillet up to 25 fish per minute.
The machine comes equipped with automatic adjustment for a variety of fish sizes between 2-8 kg, and all operations are executed via a multilingual, easy-to-operate touch screen.
One of the unit’s new features means that fish are placed belly-down at the in-feed, making it much faster and easier to use, while a new set of circular knives cuts the fish from gut to tail, resulting in additional yield.
