As well as extending the standard warranty terms (including time on site and replacement non-wearing or consumable parts), an on site inspection is included in each year of cover, to optimise equipment performance, protect the condition of your equipment, and provide expert advice on equipment operation best practice.
Telephone support is also included to allow the fastest possible resolution for any unexpected breakdowns, and to assist in the diagnosis of the fault to ensure first time resolution if site attendance is required
