Software updates ensuring your intelligent production software.

Marel will provide service packs and upgrades of the installed software. Service packs and upgrades will include improvements and enhancements made of the unmodified latest standard version of the software. Marel will keep the customer informed of any intended and/or available service packs and upgrades.

Service packs will include error fixes, workarounds and other improvements to already released functions and will be released as often as required.

Upgrade will include new and modified functions of the software and/or specified software modules and will be released regularly, at least once a year.
