Overview
The TEX-10 is suitable for the low pressure portioning and forming of fish, meat and mashed potato with a homogenous structure.
Two models are available, intermittent and continuous. Various forming units can be fitted to both.
- Capacity of the continuous extruder - 100 kg/h to 2,500 kg/h
- Capacity of the intermittent former - 100 kg/h to 1,200 kg/h
- Suitable for the portioning and forming of products from 5 to 180 g per piece
