Overview

MRS30
Suitable pork, beef or poultry bones, such as shoulder bones, loin bones or rib bones, are filled by means of an autofeed BG40S into the filling chamber of the MRS 30/MRS 80. A hydraulic ram then transports the bones into the pressing chamber, where they are pressurised.
The friction of the bones forces the meat to escape through specially slotted rings along the pressing chamber wall and the two sets of concentrical filters at both ends.
The squeezed meat is discharged via the outlet pipes. At the end of the pressing time, the bone cake is ejected from the pressing chamber through the bone slide.
Features
- Durable hydraulic drive system
- Extremely low maintenance cost
- Cycle time amounts to approximately 15 sec. (MRS 30), 20 sec. (MRS 80)
- Easy to operate and to maintain
