Overview
The Cut ‘n Pack integrated portioning system combines an I-Cut 36 PortionCutter with integrated SpeedSort retraction conveyor with a Marel Tray Load System. This offers the possibility to portion, sort and load fixed weight salmon fillets into trays with high speed and accuracy.
The Cut 'n Pack system is both labour and space saving. Only two to three operators are needed to run the system, which with its compact design fits into almost any plant layout.
