Smooth transfer from de-feathering to evisceration
The re-hanger transfers birds automatically to the next processing line.
The transfer system between a de-feathering and an evisceration line can use either an intermediate transport system or a mechanical coupling.
At higher capacities and line speeds a transfer system using the mechanical coupling ensures that both lines run the same speed. With one to one transfer there are no empty shackles with high line efficiencies as a result.
