Can you spot a bone? We can!
The SensorX Fish Bone Detection System automatically identifies bones and other foreign objects in fish fillets. The SensorX scans the product for bone content using X-ray computer vision. Detected bones are highlighted on a high-resolution display terminal for easy removal.
