Overview

The Dantech Steam Cooker is specially designed for quick and homogenous cooking of various products such as: Shrimps, Fish, Tuna, Vegetables, Surimi, Poultry products etc.

The unique design as well as the electronic temperature control and belt speed ensures that the cooking yield is always kept at a maximum.

The cooker is fully insulated and hence giving very little heat away to the sorrounding environment. This feature give great energy saving in terms of air conditioning costs, and it gives the people working around the cooker a good and healthy working environment.

The cooker is supplied with electrical hoist motors to lift the insulated top cover for easy cleaning and maintenance.
