As a Marel employee, you will take the initiative in planning the continuous learning programmes that we will provide. These may involve expanding your level of knowledge by giving you the access to education required, improving your skills in specialised training courses and/or working on your personality through mentoring and coaching.
In order to evaluate your performance and potential and help you identify your goals, performance agreement interviews are conducted throughout the year, accompanied by year-end reviews. During these interviews, issues such as education and development are addressed, along with any other matters of interest.
