Do your research
We expect you to study our company and businesses, products and services, industry trends, our main competitors, the position for which you are interviewing, opportunities for career development and some of the projects that our employees deal with.. This ensures that you understand more of what the company is pursuing, while good preparation also increases confidence. You can search through news media and surveys relating to Marel, or maybe you even already know a company employee.

Be yourself
The interview provides both you and Marel with an opportunity to assess the overall fit between yourself and the company. Familiarise yourself with the job description you are interested in, and remember that genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude can help you make a good impression.
