Auditing Committee

The Auditing Committee's field of work includes monitoring Marel financial status, evaluating the company’s internal monitoring and risk management systems, evaluating management reporting on finances, evaluating whether laws and regulations are followed, and evaluating the work of the company’s statutory auditors.
