Marel’s summer exhibition focus shifts to the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from July 10-13, and the tri-annual FoodPro trade show.

Among the products and systems featured at Stand M8 are the fast, fixed-weight Target Batcher (shown left), a high-speed slicer and industry-leading Innova Packing software.

These are joined by the state-of the-art StreamLine deboning and trimming system, with features including real-time registration and monitoring of key performance indicators including yield, throughput, quality and individual worker performance, as well as tracking of every individual product piece.

As well as the equipment on display, a Marel team will be on hand throughout the show to offer professional help and advice on all the company’s systems and products.

One of Australia’s longest-running trade shows, FoodPro is described by the organisers as the Asia Pacific region’s pre-eminent trade event for the food and beverage industry.

When last staged in 2008, the exhibition attracted almost 300 exhibitors from the food, beverage and ancillary industries and over 8,000 visitors.
