Marel's I-Cut 10 PortionCutter

Marel will be exhibiting at PescaMar in Mexico City's World Trade Centre, 27 to 29 June 2012, Stand 412/413. PescaMar is an exciting trade show for the global seafood and seafood processing industries.

The Marel stand's theme is: Processing know how from source to shelf. We will highlight solutions for white fish and shrimp, as well as celebrate the opening of our new office in Mexico City.

The stand will feature Marel's I-Cut 10 PortionCutter (fish) and will demonstrate freezing and shrimp processing via video.

The I-Cut 10 PortionCutter cuts accurately to fixed weight and/or length at high speed. Simple to use, only a few touches to the functionally designed control panel are required to cut fish products. The I-Cut 10’s key benefits include:
