Overview
The Single Lane D-cut MSC 90 Slicer is the third generation Silk cut slicers. It has a capacity of up to 90 slices/min, which corresponds to appr. 100 kg/h by fillets of 1 kg.
The slicing process is controlled by a PLC and all slicing parameters are shown on an operator friendly screen touch display.
The MSC 90 can be delivered with a software package for advanced slicing that makes it possible to enter programs to ensure that various parameters such as slice thickness, slicing angle and speed adjust to the profile of the filet during the slicing process. This means a more uniform slice weight and appearance throughout the filet.
The Silk cut slicer is also available as a double lane model: MSC 180
