Marel will focus on portioning equipment and Innova software at the InterMeat 2012 trade show in Düsseldorf this September.
Marel's theme this year is: Your end-product is our starting point.
Our stand (hall 10, stand E18) will feature an Opticut line (Opticut + Value Spray), SK 15-3240 Pork Belly Skinner, Revo Portioner 400, I-Cut 10, Compact Grader with Innova, and a scale, printer and scanner running with Innova Packing Lite.
Marel will hold live demonstrations of the I-Cut 10 at the exhibition, using various meat and poultry products.
