The Innova Portioning software module is designed to configure and control portioning machines, and to collect portioning data that enables users to analyse and optimise their portioning process.

Information about all pieces and portions is collected in real-time and stored in the Innova database. A comprehensive set of real-time screens and historical reports extracts and displays information about the portioning process including:

• Statistical information, such as portion weights and dimensions
• Machine throughput
• Product yields
• Production profits based on raw material and portion values

• Remote configuration of portion cutter devices

   

• Remote control and monitoring of portioning machines
