Overview
The SK 15-330 can be used in heavy applications to remove the skins and/or heavy membrane from flat meat that needs to be skinned on both sides.
This skinner is also the only one to offer our innovative return conveyor which brings your product back to the operator for them to reintroduce to the skinning machine.

Features
Skinned product is returned to the operator via feed-back conveyor, while the skin is taken away by a separate conveyor- Useable with a multitude of line layouts because feed-back conveyor can be configured on the right or left and exit conveyor has multiple height adjustments
- Shoe can remain on the machine during sanitation helping to prevent damage
- Easy lock-down for the top-feed cylinders and spring cartridges
- Start/Stop buttons can be accessed from either side of the machine
- Easy access to electrical, air and drive systems
- Built-in storage for all removable parts
- Single drive belt for easier maintenance
- Cabinet is “line bored” for perfect alignment between tooth roll and skinning mechanism
