Overview
The TSM Profiler is an innovative template slicing-machine designed to produce identical portions for the food-service industry. The machine produces uniform, value-added portions with optimal utilization of fillets.
TSM Strip Cut Solution
The TSM is also capable of producing uniform poultry strips with the Strip Cut solution. The strip cutting requires only a minimum of manpower. Different requirements for size and shape will be easy to accommodate with both standard and customized templates.
