Complete solutions for processing layers and female parent stock
The large differences in weight and conformation compared to broilers led us to pay specific attention to the eviscerating process for layers. The combined vent cutter/opener, eviscerator and final inspection machines have therefore been modified accordingly. A solution has also been developed for removing the ovaries.
Compared to layers, parent stock is both larger and broader and demands special machines. Depending on product weight, chilling, weighing, portioning and filleting operations can be carried out with the help of systems also used for processing broilers.
