The AEW Delford MPL80 is an innovative C and Top Label Applicator with full printing capabilities.
Suitable for a wide range of packaging applications, the AEW Delford MPL80 Label Applicator offers all round labelling performance at a competitive price.
With C and Top Labelling capability, the MPL80 combines the latest software technology with class leading design and manufacture to provide a versatile labelling system with added value.
The MPL80, which can operate at up to 80 packs per minute, can handle all popular tray sizes. It features non-contact, height adjustable label application and a high capacity label reel allows long production runs without downtime.
The enhanced software eases machine programming and the more than 1000 label comformat memory minimises label changeover.
Quality Printing & Label Production
Available with a choice of chemi-thermal or thermal transfer print options - both with 12 dot/mm high resolution printing - the MPL80 offers excellent print and layout performance with complete layout flexibility. It can accommodate a wide variety of label shapes and sizes, has a huge range of font styles and barcodes and extensive independent label fields.
Stand Alone or Integrated Operation
The MPL80 can operate as a stand-alone Label Applicator or integrated into an AEW Delford Weigh Price Labelling System and can accommodate trays up to 340 mm wide.
