Conditions to Marel hf. offer to repurchase bonds fulfilled
On 1 November 2010, Marel hf. announced that it would make a conditional offer (the “Offer”) to repurchase bonds issued by the company and listed on NASDAQ OMX Iceland under the name MARL 06 1. Conditions to the Offer have now been met and settlement of the Offer will occur in three business days, on 30 November 2010.
