Decisions of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Marel Food Systems hf., which took place at the Company‘s headquarters today, was well attended by its shareholders.
Participants in the meeting represented 82.48% of the Company‘s share capital.
Ossur Skarphedinsson, Minister of Industry of Iceland, addressed the meeting. Proposals submitted to the meeting were approved unanimously.
