I-Cut 10 – A clear cut

The single-lane portion cutter is designed to optimise fixed-weight production and its accuracy at high speeds boosts yield and minimizes giveaway, resulting in increased productivity and profitability. Its small footprint makes it easy to fit it into most production facilities and its robust construction and advanced technology ensure that maintenance costs are kept at a minimum. TargetBatcher – fixed weight packing

Accuracy is the essence of the TargetBatcher’s design. This unique weighing machine can combine a predetermined number of food products into a consumer package of an exact target weight. The TargetBatcher is ideal for accurate batching of fresh or frozen products. The need for trimming is eliminated and the pieces are delivered ready for packing. The machine increases throughput and accuracy while simplifying product input. The TargetBatcher is the easy way to reduce giveaway.

IPL – robotic loading and batching

Experience our new IPL pick-and-place robot for full automation in the loading and batching processes. The IPL robot picks up the product in a fraction of a second and places it gently and accurately into trays or thermoformers. The IPL robot can operate stand-alone and be integrated into production lines. Advanced vision technology provides various grading options based on size or shape. Available with up to six loading heads and a range of fast changeable product grippers, the IPL has the flexibility to meet a variety of production requirements.  Contact parts can be quickly removed for easy cleaning.

Innova – Intelligent production process control 

Marel Food Systems‘ Innova, is a revolutionary software designed for intelligent production control. The technology is built on the extensive software development experience of Marel Food Systems’ global brands and is designed to be compatible with all Marel Food Systems machinery.
