The following is a list of features and changes available with the new Innova 5.0.5 release, along with two new modules.
The updates are availble to customers with valid maintenance agreements.
New modules have to be purchased seperately.
NEW MODULES
IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO EXISTING MODULES
- Systems/Administration: Additions of features to manage group stations to M2200 time registration terminal.
- Yield Control: Additions for providing real-time comparison of throughput and yield between production cells.
- Yield Control: A new summarized yield point report suitable for reporting on overall factory yields.
- QC: Implementation of the standard 100 fish test used by Norwegian salmon producers
- Packing: Configurable printer setup on M2200 and IPC packing stations to allow users to switch to backup printers.
- Packing: A catch certificate report conforming to EU standards.
- Packing: A catch certificate XML document conforming to Icelandic Fisheries Authorities standards.
- Trimming: Text on RT220 trimming line terminals can be displayed in the language of the operator.
- Checkweighing: Various improvements, including
- Improved live view,
- Product changes upload to RF8 check weigher
- All Modules: Various desktop GUI improvements
- A paging mechanism for data grids makes it easier to handle large volumes of data.
- A configuration mode for data grids
- Control which columns are displayed
- Control which columns can be changed
- Define default values for columns
NEW HARDWARE SUPPORT
- Packing: Support for SP20 SpeedPacker. Possibility for connecting the machine to Innova, collecting data from it, seeing it on the packing live view, and printing reports
- Systems/Administration: Support for connecting Bluetooth scanners to IPC. Possibility for connecting a barcode scanner to 816/M6000 through Bluetooth, wireless.
Next release of Innova is scheduled for October 2010.
