With the new I-Cut 10 PortionCutter, Marel Food Systems covers portioning at its basics. The I-Cut 10 cuts accurately to fixed weight and/or length at a high speed, thereby increasing profitability by improving yield and reducing giveaway. The small footprint of the PortionCutter makes it easy to fit it into most production facilities – no matter size. Operating the I-Cut 10 is very easy using the M3000 display which is characterized by its simplicity.
