Salmon Showhow today
This morning the ninth annual Salmon Showhow was launched. In spite of a snow storm hit Denmark yesterday a lot of our guests have made it in, and we have a lot of activity in the showroom with demonstrations of the equipment viewed by an interested audience. In the afternoon guest speaker Elvin Bugge from Aquatic Norway will make a presentation about bacteriology & listeria and hygienic design.
