Successful Salmon Showhow
The ninth annual Salmon Showhow has ended, and in spite of a snow storm hit Denmark yesterday most of the 140 guests showed up. All day there has been a lot of activity in the showroom with demonstrations of the equipment viewed by an interested audience. In the afternoon guest speaker Elvin Bugge from Aquatic Norway did an interesting presentation about bacteriology & listeria and hygienic design. Before going to the evening dinner the guests had a nice break in the bar facilities, and a winner was found for the Showhow quiz. The lucky winner could take home a complete set of fishing gear.
