The Boston Seafood Show 2009
The Boston Seafood Show got off to a great start on Sunday at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
Innova, Marel Food Systems’ groundbreaking new intelligent production management software, attracted a lot of attention on the first day. The Innova station at our booth was busy throughout the day, with customers interested in finding out more about the system’s ability to provide control and oversight of virtually every aspect of the production processes.
The ongoing demonstrations of our new GEBA slicer attracted a great deal of interest as well. This new D-cut slicer produces 250 slices per minute, making it the fastest slicer available on the market today for fresh smoked salmon.
