SK 11-320 - Membrane skinner
The Membrane Skinner from Townsend is used for removal of membrane from round muscle pieces. The Skinner is designed with excellent sanitation options in mind, which provides up to 50 percent less time required for cleaning.
SK 15-340 Skinner:
The skinner removes skin from flat pieces of pork, like bellies, backs, shoulders and trimmings. The stand-alone skinner is a user-friendly machine with easy access to all operator functions as well as great sanitation opportunities with easy access for cleaning.
