MAREL at ProPak Asia 2012

Marel will be exhibiting at ProPak Asia 2012 in Bitec, Bangkok, Thailand on 13-16 June, Hall 101 / 102, Stand G21. A leading international regional trade exhibition, ProPak Asia is considered a must-see event for the food, drink and pharmaceutical processing and packaging industries.

This year’s show promises to be the largest ever as ProPak celebrates its 20th anniversary, covering 30,000 m2 in five halls. Marel will be represented by a further processing team, demonstrating two of its most popular machines for the poultry processing sector:

• SmartSplitter – precisely slices poultry fillets horizontally into portions of desired height. It is available in both single- and dual-lanes versions. The dual-lane SmartSplitter can operate with different height settings on each lane.
• I-Cut 22 PortionCutter – accurately cuts poultry products into fixed weight and/or length-specific shapes with a minimal of giveaway. The duel-lane PortionCutter operates at a high speed of up to 1500 cuts/minute per knife per lane.
