Overview

Innova Grading allows you to easily control and monitor all your grading operations in a single system.

The system allows you to define an unlimited number of grading programs which are tailor-made for each grader, depending on its capabilities and features. These programs allow you to fully control the grading process from an office PC or shop floor terminal.

Information about graded pieces and produced batches is recorded into the Innova database in real-time. Using this information you can monitor all aspects of the grading process including throughput, batch giveaway, weight distribution and size/quality breakdown.

For IT applications the system integrates seamlessly with the Innova Production Control System. Batches from the grader can be labeled, palletized and assigned to orders and/or stock. The system fully supports all the traceability features of the Innova system.

A range of standard reports provide detailed information about the grading process for any given period.

The system can generate reports that show grading results based on multiple grading parameters. This is convenient, for example when payment to supplier is based on a different weight distribution than the physical grading.

Various process solutions, such as quality grading stations and take-away systems, are fully supported by the system.
