Innova Portioning

Overview

  • Innova Portioning is designed to configure and control portioning machines and to collect portioning data that let you analyze and optimize your portioning process.
  • Information about all pieces and portions is collected in real-time and stored in the Innova database. A comprehensive set of real-time screens and historical reports extracts and displays information about your portioning process which is the key to successfully extracting the maximum profit from your operations, including:
    • Statistical information such as portion weights and dimensions
    • Machine throughput
    • Product yields
    • Production profits based on raw material and portion values
  • The system includes a user-friendly interface for creating and modifying programs and configuration parameters for the portioning machines. Programs can be up-loaded from the machines and from XML files. This allows you to share programs between machines and to import tried and tested programs from other sources.
  • "You cannot control what you cannot measure". Use Innova Portioning to make sure you are extracting the maximum value from your portioning process.
