Software
Compact Grader CG60
Developed on the cutting edge of food processing technology, the Compact Grader CG60 grades product pieces into a maximum of 6 different grades. As the pieces move along the grader, the system's sturdy arms quickly swivel out and gently pull each individual piece into the correct chute for its grade. With a capacity of up to 120 pieces per minute, depending on product type, the grader is a robust, user-friendly workhorse that significantly improves efficiency and profitability.
The Compact Grader handles products in a most gentle manner ensuring maximum quality. The grader is a veritable 'plug and play' unit: installation is simple and then it is basically ready to run. It is also available with an optional infeed belt and optional discharge chutes to suit individual needs. Optional Ethernet or Bluetooth connections to MPS production software are available.
Compact Grader CG62 XL
The Compact Grader CG62 XL is designed to grade large pieces of product, including whole fish and fillets and other raw material. With its long grading conveyor, the Compact Grader handles raw material of up to 70 cm in length and 25 cm in width at a throughput of up to 80 pieces a minute.
The CG62 XL performs accurate grading and batching by weight and/or count utilizing the M2200 terminal with a user-friendly interface. Different grading programs are easy to set up. Like other Compact Graders, the CG62 XL is a stand-alone unit with 6 gates that comes ready to use and is easy to install. Optional Ethernet or Bluetooth connections to MPS production software are available. Different grading programs are easy to set up and can be managed with a Palm Pilot.
