Storage systems
Overview
Our storage systems include both buffer stores and fixed-shelf stores. Buffer stores usually consist of a number of gravity rollers or wheel conveyors, onto which the boxes are fed, although powered tracks are also available. Sturdy high-speed cranes ensure secure precise delivery of the individual boxes, and sturdy XY-cranes remove the boxes in the desired order.
Our storage systems can be used throughout the production area - in the entry dock, in the production area itself and in the dispatch area. The installations are adapted to current conditions in e.g. cold stores, and are made either in a stainless steel, easy-to-clean design in the production area itself, or in budget galvanised/painted variant for use in packing and dispatch areas.
The stores often function as a buffer to optimise activities and tasks within production by means of intelligent sorting and/or a mixture of products. This type of store can be expanded to include storage of entire pallets.
