IBS2000 Predictive Slicer
Overview
Our IBS2000 Predictive slicer has become the standard in high speed slicing for bacon, providing reliable performance all over the world.
All slices in the pack are the same thickness, with accurate stacks and shingles giving first class presentation.
The Predictive system measures the length and weight of each product before slicing. The slice thickness needed to produce the programmed pack is then calculated. This minimises giveaway while maximising on-weight percentages, resulting in the best possible yield and throughput.
The slicer can be integrated into automatic lines for fixed weight retail and bulk packing.
