Reliable automatic QA measurements
QVision is a quality sampling and measurement system with automatic feature measurement and data collection for reporting. Using the QVision System with its fully standardized feature measurement allows processors to perform more sampling with less number of QA operators.
Product samples are gathered from a line run or from finished products and brought to the QVision system. The operator keys in relevant information regarding the sample and then feeds products one by one, onto the infeed end of the conveyor.
QVision utilizes a dynamic weighing and laser vision to measure product features automatically. More consistent and effective than manual sampling, automatic feature measurement ensures reliable results for quality sampling and reporting.

The Vision Grader can be used either as a shape grader or a quality control device, measuring both geometry and weight of the raw material. It can also grade products based on the following features:
- Length

- Average height
- Weight
Software
MPS software
The MPS software provides the framework for the QVision system results. The powerful MPS QC software module collects data from the integrated weighing and vision unit and provides reports on the sampling.
Measurements are transferred to a database server for collection and reporting. Inspections can be directly linked to production or final products for traceability.

Capacity and accuracy:
- Capacity is no more than 30 pieces/min to ensure expected accuracy.
- The weight accuracy is ± 1g.
- The accuracy of the length and width measurement is ± 3 mm.
- The accuracy of the height measurement is ± 1 mm.
All accuracy numbers based on 1.5 standard deviation.
