
We have considerable experience in supplying fully automated beef burger production lines. Handling begins when the frozen block or fresh meat is delivered to the factory, and we can supply the finished beef burgers frozen, packed and ready for dispatch.
Great importance is attached to the quality of the finished beef burger throughout the entire process. This is assured, among other things, by means of our integrated fat analysis scanner, which makes it easy to measure, correct and thus achieve the desired fat percentage of each individual batch. Connected to the main recipe control system, the fat analyser guarantees you a correct blending of raw materials and ingredients.
Superior quality of the finished product is also achieved by means of our unique square intermeshing mixers, which ensure minimal, efficient mixing times. CO2 or nitrogen can be added if desired to achieve the correct temperature for the shaping process.
