
The Carnitech flaker can handle up to 6 tonnes of frozen block products an hour. The machine is extremely robustly built and reduce the frozen product to 3-20 mm flakes in a very short time. The ergonomic and easy-to-clean construction means that the flaker is efficient and easy to operate.
The flaker is equipped with knife drums containing seven knives. The frozen blocks of meat are placed on the small “platform” and pushed until they drop into place. A feeder mechanism pushes the blocks forward towards the rotating drum, and after flaking the flakes are collected in a trolley or fall straight into a receptacle, ready for further processing.
