Overview
Our fat analysis unit is manufactured to perform extremely accurate measurements of the fat percentage of both fresh and frozen meat. Measurements can be performed at between +7° and 18° C.
The unit can be used with the following products:

- Poultry
The fat analyser, positioned immediately after the grinder, performs continuous measurement of the meat as it is transported to the mixer using contact-free technology. The method ensures correct batch values and optimum control of the finished product.
