Packing
We are specialists in customer adapted packing solutions, designed to comply with the highest ergonomic standards and thus increase the efficiency of the individual work stations. Flexible transport systems minimize manual handling and direct meat products to the correct packing stations. When packing is completed, crates and cartons are autom-atically directed to palletizing or buffer storage.
Palletizing
Automatic palletizing systems from Marel Food Systems are reliable and reduce the number of operators as well as the potential for workplace injuries. We supply various types of palletizing systems, ranging from flexible multi axis robots to more specialized systems. Automatic palletizing of packaging lines increases accuracy and product flow and eliminates the risk of irregular loads.
Buffer systems

Our intelligent systems provide you with accurate and reliable just-in-time delivery from storage to processing lines, packing lines or other preparation lines, and automatic sorting ensures that the trays come out in requested order.
