Meat Trimming FlowLine
Overview
The meat trimming line has individual operator stations for trimming meat primals or portions. Each station has a worktable and bins to put products and by-products. Each operator is individually monitored allowing the implementation of personal achivement systems. The trimming line is controlled by the MPS Trimming module.
