Gold Partner
Includes all the services offered on the Silver level in addition to the following:
Comprehensive periodic maintenance and back up of databases and controllers. Preventive maintenance visits from a Marel technician to check equipment and set-up as well as other services defined by customer requirements.
Platinum Partner
Includes all the services offered on the Gold level in addition to the following:
Visits from software specialists for system enhancement and additional visits from Marel technicians. Predefined training seminars and in house training and consultancy for both operators and supervisors on systems and software. Each month consultancy specialists will review production reports, monitor abnormal trends and point out potential improvements through a remote connection. The customer will be on Marel’s advisory team on new product development.
