Service engineers in action

Our service department is in place to offer technical assistance to our customers to fulfill their every service and maintenance needs.

The focus of our team of highly skilled and trained technical staff is to increase the production efficiency and uptime of all Marel machinery in the field. This is achieved by means of planned maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLA), the efficient supply of spare and replacement parts for Marel machinery as well as through 24 hour support to cover our customer's hardware and software requirements.
