Overview

Innova Grading allows users to readily monitor and control all grading operations in a single system.

The system can define an unlimited number of grading programmes which are tailor-made for each grader according to its capabilities and features, providing full control of the grading process from an office PC or shop floor terminal.

Information about graded pieces and produced batches is recorded into the Innova database in real-time, enabling users to monitor all aspects of the grading process including throughput, batch giveaway, weight distribution and size/quality breakdown.

For IT applications, Innova Grading integrates seamlessly with the Innova Production Control System. Batches from the grader can be labelled, palletised and assigned to orders and/or stock. The system fully supports all the traceability features of the Innova system.

A broad range of standard reports provides detailed information on the grading process for any given period. Innova Grading can generate reports that show grading results based on multiple grading parameters. This is convenient, for example, when payment to a supplier is based on a different weight distribution than the physical grading.

In addition, the system fully supports a wide variety of process solutions, such as quality grading stations and takeaway systems.
