Overview

With a slicing interval ranging from 8°-70°, the Silk Cut Multi Angle Slicer is one of the most flexible slicer on the market. It is capable of producing long, thin slices, short slices and portions.

The MA slicer is used for fresh slicing and portioning of cold smoked, hot smoked, marinated and raw salmon, trout and similar fish species.

The MSC 180 MA slicer has a capacity of up to 180 cuts per minute. The best slicing result is normally achieved at a temperature of the fillets between -4° and + 4° C

The slicer is easily operated by using the touch screen panel, where all required slicing parameter settings are made. The slice thickness can be varied from 2mm to a maximum of 250mm. The maximum slice width is 2 x 205mm for the double lane edition.

The MA slicer is also available as a single lane model - MSC 90 MA
