Overview
The CBF 495 Single Lane Skinner has a maximum capacity of 20-30 fillets/min. The machine is specifically designed for skinning of salmon and trout fillets within the traditional form of skinning, ranging from silver skinning to deep skinning.
It is yield increasing owing to the active skin gripper system that ensures reliable and complete skinning and thus enhances performance. Due to this ‘active skin grip’ system the machine makes a better skinning of the tail part than previously, leaving no skin on the tail part at all.
