Overview

RotoCrumb produces perfectly breaded products with uniform crumb distribution over all sides of the product. The crumb structure remains intact during processing and there are no adverse consequences of grinding and separation.

A revolutionary transport mechanism lies at the heart of RotoCrumb. This combined with a comprehensive dosing system allows ´difficult´ crumb such as japanese crumb to be handled alongside standard crumb types.
